Pre-Paid Packages
Services are normally invoiced weekly, based on any expended time worked in the previous week.
A “No Charge” invoice prepared to itemise where the time was spent, this will also show you the balance of hours you have remaining.
Work can not commence if there are no prepaid hours, and we will inform you ASAP when then are running low, and let you know the remaining work outstanding.

Current package prices are subject to change from time to time.
3. Refund Unused Hours
A customer may request that any balance of advance hours be refunded to them at any time by IAS. The refunded value be recalculated based on the rate on the hours used.
For example, if you purchase 200 hours, and only use 22 hours, then ask for a refund, we will return based on the closest lower package to what has been used in this case the 20 hour package rates.
