Pre Paid Advances Hours will allow you to get the most discounted rates for InterAcct Support, Development and Installation.
Hourly Rates will depend on the current rates of the employees base on their experience and skill level.
Unused prepaid Advanced Balance can be asked back as a refund if required.
Payments and Customer information securely stored.

Normal Payment Terms – 14 Days from Invoice
Services are normally invoiced weekly, based on any expended time worked in the previous week.
Even when the advance payment (discount) option is taken by a Customer, there will still be a “No Charge” invoice prepared to itemise where the time was spent.
Normal payment terms are 14 days from invoice, with prompt payment discounts when paid within 7 days of the invoice date (refer section 10.5), or paid 7 days in advance of work commencing.
Advance rates and prompt payment discounts (minimum purchase block of advance time is $500 + GST) are available provided there are no other invoices outstanding at the time (receipts are applied against the oldest invoice first).
A customer may request that any balance of advance hours be refunded to them at any time by IAS.
All payments made will be allocated to the oldest outstanding invoice unless under a payment plan.
