We split the costs into 5 major Costs Groups being Materials, Labour, SubContactors (Subbies), Machines and Sundry.
We can create multiple Estimates per Sub Job (or Phase), and these can relate to a Master (Parent) Job.
Once you have completed the Estimates, these can be used to generate the quotation, and later we can use them to compare Budgets versus Actuals to look at the Variance of the Job.
When creating the Quotation you can select some or all of the Estimates which relate to the Parent Job, and then show a very detailed quotation to the cost item level, or to the Cost Group Level, or just to the Sub Job level. Depending on the detail the customer expects.
