InterAcct Job Costing for Odoo – Actual Costs

InterAcct Software has developed a Job Costing Module for Odoo, and in this video we look at viewing the Actual Costs which have incurred on the Parent Job and Sub Jobs and how the information is summarised in the financial data for the jobs.
We go through the breakdown of the costs into Stock Issues (Materials), Subbies (Subcontractors), Direct Labour (Employees), Machine Costs and Sundry Costs.

The Actual Costs can be entered either to the Sub Jobs or the Parent Job. We recommend entering the data against the sub jobs.
