One feature that we find coming up again and again with Odoo is its E-Commerce App. It integrates with the rest of Odoo perfectly, so issues with product setup and updating are removed. As well orders, invoices and payments synchronise seamlessly without the headaches of third party E-Commerce applications connecting to Accounting or Sales Order software applications.

Setup of the software is simple, with many different templates and options automatically able to be selected. Adding on this to your Odoo installation can be done quickly and easily even without technical skills.

Once a client has ordered, they have access to an online portal that allows them to track orders or claims and download copies of invoices.

Odoo also has options to connect to Amazon and Ebay stores as well, meaning that you have all of your stores synchronised for images, price and stock quantities.
